G'day all,

Well AJ and i have finally bought a house. We bought one in Qatar on the Pearl Island development. We went and had a look at it and it looks great. It is a 2br place with a maids room, every room has an uninterupted sea view, the place is right on the marina and the building has things like 24 hr valet parking, and concierge service and the usual gym, spa, childrens play area, etc. They are still building it, but it should be ready in Nov or December this year. We plan to rent it out, but we might hold a party in it before we do.

We're off to see an Aussie Rules game today in Doha. It should be interesting as they are playing it at the Doha rugby club on a rugby pitch. We have just been working hard of late and trying to work out where to go for our leave in June/July. At the moment no where seems to be winning out, but there is still time to decide. I'm thinking somewhere cheap, nice and cheerful.
